Having spent nearly a decade being the main driving force behind the now world-famous OINK I have decided to set up my own business to offer this great product to my home town and surrounding area.

My philosophy has always been keep it simple and I intend to continue along those lines, offering quality pulled meats all served on premium rolls and baguettes with a good selection of sauces or gravy.
